Name and full address of the holder of this card The computer program you are paying for.
Please write these details on a sheet of paper so I can handle the payment smoothly.
CASH PAYMENT
When you want to pay in cash money please put the money in an envelope with your name and the name of the computer program written on the outside of the envelope.
