Clarification of the 8-cores rule for the WCCC (updated)
We earlier promised to provide a clarification of the 8-cores rule, since it could be interpreted by different people in different ways. The following clarification embodies the spirit of what is intended, as well as making the rule clearer.
A maximum of eight logical cores can be used. The machine can only have one motherboard with a maximum of four sockets. The machine may have more than eight logical cores available but must be limited to eight when playing.
We look forward to seeing many of you in Pamplona in May.
