Heerlen, august 6, 2011 To whom it may concern: Preliminary announcement for the 16th Computer Olympiade section Draughts organized by Tilburg University, The Netherlands. Days of the tournament: Saterday 19th and Sunday the 20th of November 2011. Location: "The Red Brick", Professor Verbernelaan 36 Tilburg, The Netherlands, tel. 0031885367272. Time: 09:30 Installing the hardware, 10.00 Start first round. Depending on the number of participants, we will probably play half a tournament, with for each program per game a time available of 40 minutes for 75 moves.
